Overview
Because some of our bags are custom-made to fit individual bike specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases once production has started. However, in certain cases we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We’re open to discussing exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Shipping Returns
If a return is authorized, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive items lost in transit
Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after that time:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your payment provider or bank
